Mutlu Battery is committed to providing all its employees, contractors, and visitors who use or visit the plants with a safe and healthy working environment to prevent injuries and diseases in line with the Health and Safety Law and the relevant regulations.
Mutlu Battery started the “Zero Tolerance” initiative covering the rules and procedures designed to fulfil this purpose. This initiative is a call to action that gives authorization and responsibility to each employee to take time to do their job safely and stop their unsafe behaviors and work.
Mutlu Battery aims to encourage a positive health and safety culture. In order to fulfil this purpose, the entire organization actively supports occupational health and safety through information, training, education and audits.
With the aim of fulfilling these responsibilities, Mutlu Battery commits to:
Comply with National and International Occupational Health and Safety regulations;
Adopt a proactive perspective to minimize the risks of work accidents and occupational diseases to provide a healthy and safe working environment for the employees and the environment;
Continuously improve occupational health and safety management and performance with the most accurate and logical approach at all times.
Senior management fully encourages and supports all employees with regards to improving the rules and procedures of the “Zero Tolerance” initiative.
